NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE VARIANCE TO CODE SECTION 4.A.6.
FRONT YARD: There shall be a front yard of not less than fifty (50) feet.
For the property located at 221 S Lickert Harder Rd., Oak Harbor, OH 43449 in the A-1 district. The request submitted by Larry and Mary Blake seeks to allow a front yard distance of less than fifty (50) feet.
You are hereby notified that the Harris Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the request received. The public hearing will be held at the Harris Township building located at 3281 State Route 51, Elmore, Ohio 43416 on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
