NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR VARIANCE TO CODE SECTION 7-B-1
Accessory- Buildings, General Regulations FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1371 S. Ernsthausen Rd.,
Elmore, Ohio 43416 in the A-1 district. The request submitted by Mark and Julie Wax seeks
to allow an accessory building on his property.
You are hereby notified that the Harris Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public
hearing to consider the request received. The public hearing will be held at the Harris
Township building located at 3281 State Route 51, Elmore, Ohio 43416 on January 28 2026,
at 7:00pm.
