NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE VARIANCE TO CODE SECTION 4.A.7.

SIDE YARD: There shall be a side yard of not less than twenty (20) feet.

For the property located at 1366 S. Elliston Trowbridge Rd., Elmore, Ohio 43416 in the A-1 district. The request submitted by John and Lisa Woycitzky seeks to allow a side yard distance of less than twenty (20) feet.

You are hereby notified that the Harris Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the request received. The public hearing will be held at the Harris Township building located at 3281 State Route 51, Elmore, Ohio 43416 on June 3 2026, at 7:00 pm.
